Building Permit
Fees
All new construction permit applications are charged a plan
review fee in addition to the permit fees. Plan review
fees are due at the time of application submittal. All
construction plans are reviewed
according to the 2007 Florida
Building Code (link current as of February 26, 2009).
When applying for a building permit which include
trade permits (electrical, plumbing, mechanical ect.) , those fees need to be added to the
permit fee.
New construction fees, trade permit fees, and
impact
fees, are due at the time of permit pick up.
