March 2010 Winner – Fleet Masters' Award AEMP
Each year, the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP), Construction Equipment, and the AEMP Partners for Growth recognize equipment professionals who excel in meeting unique challenges inherent to delivering cost effective, efficient and effective management of mixed fleets of on-road equipment. Fleet Masters are recognized for their practices in the areas of human relations, vendor relations, asset management, maintenance management and technology. The competition is nationwide and open to the entire industry.

May 2003 Marilyn Rawlings, Fleet Division Director was nominated by Automotive Fleet Magazine as a finalist for their "Fleet Manager of the Year."
April 2002 - Present Lee County Fleet Management earned The Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition as prescribed by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of vehicle repair and service by voluntary testing and certification for automotive repair and service professionals.
October 2001 Lee County Fleet Management was recognized as the second most efficient fleet operation in the United States, according to a nationally recognized fleet analyst and an article published in the October issue of Automotive Fleet Magazine. |
