Employee Benefits Open Enrollment 2009

Open Enrollment is scheduled to take place beginning Monday, October 26^th, and ending at the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Monday, November 9^th.  Packets will be distributed to departments during the week prior to the start date (Monday through Friday, October 19^th through 23^rd).

No open enrollment change forms will be accepted at our front desk after that date, and those received via interoffice mail after that time/date will be returned to the employee.

The following "general" presentations have been scheduled at the locations shown. 
Departments are also invited to schedule presentations at their all-staff or team meetings. 
Regardless of the location, employees are invited to attend the meeting that is most convenient for them (subject to supervisory approval, of course!).

October 20     Constitutional Complex – 3^rd Floor Meeting Room (9:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m.)

October 29     1^st Floor Admin Conference Room (9:00 a.m.)

November 4    DCD/PW Building, 1^st Floor Conference Room (9:00 a.m.)
