Suncoast Estates Road Improvements Begin This Month

A nine-year, multi-phase project to pave designated roads in Suncoast Estates in North Fort Myers will begin this month with Tucker, Payne and Laurel Lanes. After being brought up to Lee County standards, the County will take over future road maintenance. The $3.1 million project will eliminate hazards caused by road conditions that make it difficult for public safety vehicles and postal delivery trucks to reach certain locations. The project will be paid for with Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and local gas tax funds. Click here for more details.
