ADDENDA DOWNLOADS
It is no longer necessary to enter contact information to obtain project addenda. Simply click on the addendum number.
POSTING RECORDINGS
We have started posting our recorded meetings on our website. For a specific meeting, please look on the Project Bulletin for the project you're interested in. (These are .mp3 recordings - so please be patient. They will take a moment or two to open and begin playing.)
LOCAL BIDDER PREFERENCE
Please take a moment to review our newly adopted Local Bidder Preference Ordinance link under "Quick Links". Lee County will now consider a Collier County Local Vendor to qualify in Lee County under this Local Bidder Preference. There is some important/helpful information.
IMPORTANT: NEW REQUIREMENT
Effective immediately, it is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to check this website regularly for any project addenda issued. The County will post addenda to this website but will no longer notify.
PRE-BID ATTENDANCE SHEETS AND MINUTES FROM MEETINGS
We have started posting the pre-bid attendance sheets and the minutes from our pre-bid meetings. Click on "Project Bulletin" under "Quick Links" and select the project you'd like to view. Under PRE-BID INFORMATION you will see a box for "Attendance Sheet" and one for "Minutes".

Our contract documents are now searchable for years 1999 thru 2008 - under Quick Links, click on "Search Contracts Documents"
