PROJECT DETAILS:

SCOPE OF WORK: Work includes road and drainage improvements to San Carlos Drive with adjustments to utilities as required to complete the work. Drainage outfall pipes with water quality treatment structures are included in the project. Concrete curb & gutter are to be constructed along the roadway with subgrade and base layer modifications to accommodate alignment and slope changes to the road. The drainage work includes piping and inlets for road drainage and a secondary pipe and inlet system with shallow swale grading along the sides of the road right of way. Earthwork for embankment, excavation, and grading are required to construct the road and drainage systems. Driveway replacement and connection to the roadway with like materials and restoration of the right of ways and drainage outfall easements are included.
