SCOPE OF WORK: Lee County is requesting proposals from "qualified" Nortel Elite partners, (in good standing with NORTEL Networks) with minimum qualifications required to support Nortel Succession Enterprise 3.0 & above specific to Lee County's requirements, and to provide Tier 2 maintenance support, NOC monitoring and technical support for telephone systems, various associated telecom hardware (excluding telephone sets) and software system service, repair, replacement, maintenance, and system security.
