SCOPE OF WORK: The Lee County Board of
Qualification statements will be reviewed by the County and all qualified contractors will be placed on an annual list from where the Utilities Division can select a contractor to perform work on a case by case basis. The term for this contract is three (3) years with the option of two (2) one (1) year renewal options.
