Destination Math is a complete supplemental mathematics program that teaches basic skills, math reasoning, conceptual understanding, and problem solving. The program is broken into three courses (K-1, Grades 2-3, Grades 4-6) and gives sequenced step-by-step instruction in math skills (Examples include: whole numbers, addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals.)

Destination Reading balances phonics instruction and reading-for-meaning activities. The program is broken into two courses (K-1, Grades 2-3). Coursework includes ABCs, short and long vowels, consonants, compound words and much more.

FCAT Explorer 
This Web site, produced by the Florida Department of Education, provides information about the FCAT.  It also provides skills practice for both reading and math, and passage and question topics from Social Studies, Science, and the Arts.  A school-provided sign-in name and password are required to access the student materials.  Ask your child's teacher for this information.  There are materials in the Parent and Family Guide section that do not require a sign-in name and password.  If you are in a Lee County Library branch and do not have a sign-in name and password, check with the reference desk.
