James O’Neal

James O'Neal is a career law enforcement officer and
author of the science fiction novel The Human Disguise.
O’Neal also writes a popular series of crime novels
under the name James O Born.
Each of his novels is based on some aspect of his career.
His third novel, Escape Clause, won the inaugural
Florida Book Award for Best Novel.

1.  Big Salad with a scoop of traditional Tuna Salad romaine lettuce, tomato, carrots, cucumbers, hard-boiled egg, olives and croutons with a low-cal Italian dressing.  Served with crackers and our homemade oatmeal raisin cookie.

2.  Roast Beef & Swiss on a fresh Kaiser roll with lettuce and tomato.  Mayo and mustard packets on the side.  Served with potato chips, pickle spear and our homemade oatmeal raisin cookie.

3.  Chicken Salad Supreme Wrap chicken breast diced with red grapes & toasted almonds in a tarragon-mayo dressing, in a wrap with lettuce and tomato.  Served with potato chips, pickle spear and our homemade oatmeal raisin cookie.
